You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Equine Web Pro and Bulkregister, the registry administrator and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or related to your domain name registration.
